The EZ-Skim 201/202 is the smallest and simplest unit in -the lineup, built for applications where space is limited but tramp oil is creating maintenance, odor, smoke, or coolant-life problems. Its compact stainless-steel construction, removable discharge trough, integrated timer, and small operating footprint make it particularly well suited for CNC coolant sumps, parts washers, machining centers, and 55-gallon drums.

Available with 1-inch or 2-inch stainless-steel belts in four reach lengths, the EZ-Skim Mini delivers up to 1 GPH with a 1-inch belt and up to 2 GPH with a 2-inch belt. The unit includes a fan-cooled gear motor, dual wipers, stabilizer bar, discharge hose, and grounded power cord.

The EZ-Skim 402/404 bridges the gap between small fixed coolant skimmers and larger permanent wastewater units. It is designed for maintenance teams and facilities that need moderate oil-removal capacity, flexible mounting, and the ability to move the skimmer from tank to tank as operating conditions change.

The portable flat-base design mounts without major tank modification in many applications. Its stabilizer bar and free-running tail pulley maintain belt contact through changing liquid levels, while tandem wipers discharge recovered oil through a 1-1/4-inch hose. The EZ-Skim Tote is particularly effective for parts washers, wash tanks, coolant systems, machining centers, maintenance bays, and smaller industrial wastewater tanks.

The EZ-Skim 600 is a fixed-installation, mid-volume belt skimmer for industrial wastewater, wash bays, maintenance pits, process tanks, and larger coolant or wash-water systems. Its 4-inch-wide continuous belt provides substantially more pickup area than portable units while maintaining a relatively compact footprint at the tank.

Designed for applications where a compact skimmer does not provide enough removal capacity, but an 8-inch model would be excessive, the EZ-Skim 4 removes up to 16 GPH with a standard tail pulley and up to 20 GPH with a high-capacity tail pulley. It can be configured for tanks from approximately 1 foot to 100 feet deep, making it appropriate for everything from enclosed process pits to deep wastewater vaults and outdoor wash-water basins.

The EZ-Skim 800 is the primary heavy-duty model for larger wastewater, wash-water, and process-water applications. Its 8-inch-wide belt and higher-capacity design make it the right choice when oil loading is substantial, tanks are larger, or the facility needs more recovery capacity without moving into a multi-belt skimmer system.

The EZ-Skim 8 removes up to 32 GPH with a standard tail pulley and up to 40 GPH with a high-capacity tail pulley. It is designed for continuous operation in industrial wastewater tanks, wash bays, remediation applications, mining and equipment wash systems, manufacturing process water, and facilities where oil removal is part of a broader treatment train.
